I'm Jake Schneider, a music composer, producer, songwriter and musician from Essex, UK.

 

I live and breathe music. I've been humming away melodies since I was about two years old, but did not make my first leap into the music world until I picked up my first guitar, aged nine. Fast forward a good 15+ years and I now make a living as a freelance music professional. I play a variety of instruments to a high standard which include acoustic/electric guitar, bass guitar, ukulele, piano/keyboards, drums and VST arrangement.

Here's what I do:​

• As a composer, I create high quality original music for global brands, industry standard production libraries and media-loving content creators!

• As a producer, I offer the full music production package which includes engineering arrangement, mixing and mastering to singer/songwriters, duos and artists.

• As a musician, I'm an avid live performer and you'll catch me gigging with my band, 'The SwiftBeats', all throughout the year around the UK. I also regularly play with many other bands and have performed around the world on cruises, most notably, the Cunard cruise line across Japan, the Mediterranean and the Canary Islands.   

• As a songwriter, I write Alternative Pop/Rock music under the name of 'Jay Cub', as well as collaborating with other artists.
